There are two passwords on the hotspot device. One is for the wifi connection and the other (found in the back of the device under the battery) is for the hotspot settings. 

1. WiFi Password

You will press the menu button until you see 2.4 or 5G WiFi Info. Then, select the power button. You will see an 8 digit code next to the lock. This is the password for the hotspot wifi. 

2. Hotspot Login

You must be connected to the hotspot wifi. Then, type in http://192.168.0.1 (or try http://192.168.1.1). You will then enter the username and password found on the back of your device. This is where you can check data usage, signal strength and change to 5G instead of 2.4.
